1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
1 (2.25-ounce) package cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Use Spoon Buddy to measure)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (10-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8 to 10-inch cast iron skillet or pie plate.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and bacon. Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and corn. Mix well. Place messy utensil on Spoon Buddy after mixing.
3. Spread the mixture in the prepared skillet and transfer to oven with Pan Buddy bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with assorted chips and crackers.
